About The Position

This position is responsible for providing friendly and courteous service to customers, stocking, rotating, and straightening product, watering and icing down various products, washing, trimming, and wrapping product, removing product not meeting company quality standards, reading and understanding department signs, and following company safety and sanitation procedures. Additional duties may be assigned by store management. Training will be provided at the store level.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Able to work in a cold, damp environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Working on feet for entire shift (4-8 hours)
• Minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred for Store/Facility Teammates
• Minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred for Store Support Center Teammates
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline)
• If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
