About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting a Supervisor with all daily functions. Responsible for assisting in training and developing team members, conducting audits, completing reports and working closely with QA and USDA while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Candidates must complete their 90-day probationary period to be eligible. Any suspension in the previous 12 months will not be considered. This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner. With the new UKG attendance policy update, employees must have three (3) points or fewer and maintain three (3) points or fewer to remain in their position. For Lead roles, the posting will be updated to reflect that this position is a steppingstone to a Supervisor role. Employees in a Lead position are required to apply for any available Supervisor position on any shift after completing one year in the Lead role to remain in their position.

Requirements

Must complete their 90-day probationary period to be eligible

Must have three (3) points or fewer and maintain three (3) points or fewer to remain in their position
