The second fab will utilize its leading edge N3 and N2 process technology and be operational in 2028. Requirements

  • BS/MS in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related technical field.
  • At least 0~1 year of experience as a customs entry writer/broker
  • Familiar with the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and 19CFR
  • Communication
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated experience with FTZ regulations and operational processes is a plus.
  • Possession of an active U.S Customs Broker’s License is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customs brokers to facilitate timely clearance and verify entry declaration data against commercial records.
  • Support daily Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) operations by maintaining accurate digital tracking records and filings.
  • Assist in preparing import/export documentation, tracking duty payments, and gathering data for senior compliance audits.
  • Perform routine digital checks of trade documentation to verify accuracy, reporting discrepancies for correction.
  • Review transaction-level shipping documentation to ensure alignment with current customs and system requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally to provide shipment status updates, resolve routine compliance questions, and escalate complex issues.
  • Maintain compliance trackers and assist in preparing weekly or monthly KPI performance reports.
  • Gather compliance and shipment trend data to assist the team in identifying operational bottlenecks.
  • Govern and organize physical and digital recordkeeping databases for all global trade activities.
  • Assist with testing and implementing automated trade compliance tools and global trade management (GTM) software.
