About The Position

Ability to prepare timely, accurate entry declarations. Must be able to meet/exceed our best-in-class key performance indicators daily. Must be visionary and able to bring ideas to leadership to improve processes. Open files as required. Monitor timely entry release. Monitor all PGA (FDA, etc.) files, ensure the release of all agencies. Scan, and index documents into imaging system. Proper handling of “Entry Documents Required Entries”. Accurate & Timely billing – including sending billing to clients as required. Turnover to dispatch as required, timely. Customer Service – timely, clear & accurate communication both written and verbal with customers both internal and external.

Requirements

At least 2 years prior customs brokerage experience
Experience with processing entries, all modes of transportation, with all PGAs including FDA Certification
Ability to work under pressure
