We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Value Specialist. As a Customer Value Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring our clients receive maximum value from our products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and providing timely and effective solutions to their needs. This role will be an onsite role 5 days/week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer support and driving customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions that align with their goals
  • Act as a subject matter expert on our products and services, providing guidance and training to clients as needed
  • Monitor and analyze client usage data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in our CRM system
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the product and development teams
  • Review customer metrics and improve retention across a large portfolio of accounts
