About The Position

Phenom is seeking a Customer Value Manager (CVM) to engage with customers globally to drive adoption and usage of Phenom’s TXM platform. The goal is to translate platform usage into value attainment for customers, laying a foundation for platform expansion. This role requires strong customer experience, SaaS adoption experience, and business acumen to drive customer value and retention. The position is an onsite role, requiring 5 days per week in the office.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Customer Value Manager or in a related role.
  • Experience using technology, metrics, and reporting to manage customer support functions.
  • Ability to conduct value-based conversations with business executives and clients.
  • Experience managing products, product offerings, and customer experience with products.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate SOW and develop training plans and strategic consulting around the early adoption period for new Enterprise Customers.
  • Provide virtual training on platform usage, including CRM/plug-ins, during the first 90 days post-sale up to the 'Go-live date'.
  • Re-engage current customers through potential onsite training, written training materials, and virtual training.
  • Deliver business impact, innovation, and relevant value by understanding customer's key business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Drive value of deployed solutions for all customers in the portfolio, thereby driving retention and providing strategic recommendations for optimization and adoption of new solutions.
  • Educate customers on new product capabilities and position value propositions for platform expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Implementation, Support, Development, and Account Management teams to foster customer connections and ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Establish and manage key stakeholder, program owner, and end-user relationships post-signature and own these relationships post-go-live.
  • Create success and adoption plans with key stakeholders following sales handover to define success metrics and partnership expectations.
  • Oversee Champions training and certification, deliver persona-based end-user training, host regular office hours for end users through go-live, and oversee the early adoption period, monitoring adoption metrics and adjusting enablement plans as needed.
