About The Position

As a Customer Transformation Intern, you’ll help organizations solve their toughest problems and develop value creation strategies that result in real impact - all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. We support our clients in all aspects of their business cycle, whether assessing marketing and sales investments to drive acquisition, retention, and loyalty, understanding drivers for a seamless customer experience, or developing and implementing go to market strategies to succeed in a new market or with a new customer.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Economics, International Business, or a related field
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0
  • Demonstrated digital fluency through the effective use of technology, data, and basic AI technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to work in teams and deliver against tight deadlines in dynamic environments; this may be demonstrated via university projects, internships, self-study, community building, or work experience
  • Effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts both in written and verbal formats
  • Intellectual curiosity, and motivation to develop professionally, including industry recognized professional certifications
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Critical thinkers that are ready to learn and strategically solve problems on a variety of projects across different functional areas
  • Ability to remain agile, work in ambiguous environments, “can-do” attitude
  • Positive, client-focused mindset
  • The willingness and ability to work additional hours, as needed
  • Ability to travel to various client sites as needed

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations, demonstrating strong analytical skills
  • Construct pragmatic approaches and frameworks to develop long-term business strategies
  • Utilize various data collection techniques, quantitative and qualitative analyses and synthesize data into meaningful and actionable insights
  • Define and evaluate customer and brand strategies reflecting market, competitive and other external drivers
  • Communicate effectively in a structured and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats to stakeholders
  • Partner with teams to share responsibility for the success of engagements
