About The Position

Overview The Customer Training Consultant plays a critical role in enabling clients to maximize the value of symplr solutions. This position combines expertise in adult learning principles, healthcare compliance, and SaaS technology to deliver impactful, learner-centered experiences. By leveraging innovative training methods and tools, the consultant ensures successful product adoption, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across healthcare organizations. Please note: Healthcare industry and credentialing verification experience is required for this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of training, teaching, or instructing experience required
  • Healthcare industry and credentialing verification experience required
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal skills
  • Strong technical aptitude including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work autonomously, while part of a larger project team
  • Demonstrates effective communication and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
  • Independent learner
  • Works well in a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • Skilled in evaluating training effectiveness and leveraging data analytics for continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices

  • Ability to deliver engaging, interactive learning experiences using blended learning approaches

Responsibilities

  • Promote client product adoption and best practice utilization of symplr solutions through learner-centered training experiences.
  • Apply adult learning theory and best practice training delivery methods while leveraging learning technologies and tools.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for assigned products and services
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve client training experiences
  • Conducts and coordinates training activities (onsite and virtual) to support clients or internal teams
  • Collaborates with internal teams to provide feedback regarding curriculum delivery experiences
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for assigned products and services
  • Partners with Instructional Design and Learning Technology teams to review new training curriculum
  • Effectively communicates and executes best practices for internal and external training engagements
  • Advises on best practice functionality and processes to assist clients in integrating symplr solutions with their organization’s business practices
  • Continually grows product, functional, and industry knowledge through training, research, and collaboration
  • Works collaboratively with other departments to deliver exceptional client service
  • Adopts department operational standards and procedures to maximize team efficiencies
  • Ensures timely completion of administrative activities
  • Other duties as assigned
