The Role:
We are seeking a highly-motivated, energetic individual with an investigative mind to join our team as a Credentialing Specialist. This important role provides due-diligence and verification functions to support proper vetting of potential customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a credentialing, customer service, or administrative role.
• Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with regular re-prioritization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills both internally and with potential clients.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office solutions (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Applicants must have permanent work authorization in the U.S.; we are not sponsoring visas for this role.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform various verification related tasks to ensure authenticity of information submitted by potential clients.
• Validate potential clients’ needs against permitted use cases of our solutions and data.
• Use third party resources to conduct deep due-diligence on business entities and company principals.
• Create and maintain reports for management.
• Other duties as assigned.
