About The Position

Ready to suit up as a Customer Tactical Security Guard. What matters most in a role like this is your ability to engage with people easily and make them feel confident in your ability to help them. As a Customer Tactical Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to stand and walk entire shift
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts
• Must be able to wear tactical vest for 12 hours

• First aid certification

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
