Direct and supervise all day-to-day functions, duties and activities for the Front-end department. Responsible for the execution of best practices, goals and Front-end standards established for the department. Requirements

  • Leadership experience in a customer service or retail environment.
  • Ability to create an outstanding customer experience.
  • Skills in establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Experience in directing and supervising day-to-day functions.
  • Knowledge of best practices, goals, and standards for a Front-end department.
  • Understanding and application of the Customer 1st strategy.
  • Ability to encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Demonstration of core values: respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
