About The Position
This role involves supporting collections processes by contacting suppliers, recording notes, and managing incoming payments to ensure smooth billing operations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service and collections.

- Experience in administrative support and clerical tasks.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
- Skills in data entry, order entry, and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Contact suppliers to request payments.
- Apply payments on account.
- Record notes and track incoming payments.
- Collaborate with billing analysts to streamline collections processes.
