About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service across various channels, resolving customer issues, and contributing to internal operations. You will also engage with our community on social media and act as a brand ambassador for Youtooz Collectibles.

Requirements

  • +1 years of experience in customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
  • Experience with high-volume & fast-paced customer support
  • Proficient in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, SquareSpace)
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, Zoho)
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Passion for customer support and helping others

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Written fluency in additional languages
  • Social Media Support experience (Twitter, Instagram, Reddit)
  • Community Management experience
  • Strong familiarity with Internet and pop culture

Responsibilities

  • Providing customer support across multiple channels while maintaining our brand voice
  • Resolving order-related issues, including address changes, refunds, lost shipments, and product defects
  • Assisting with various internal operational and logistical tasks to ensure smooth support, release, and delivery of Youtooz Collectibles
  • Engaging with our community on social media by responding to support inquiries and feedback
  • Acting as a Youtooz brand ambassador
