About The Position

Customer Support Specialist – Out-of-Home For our office in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist, as part of our team of over 100 professionals. At Roamler, we help the largest brands and suppliers in the Out-of-Home market (hospitality, catering, and foodservice) to sell smarter, with our outlet database and Salesmapp: the CRM and Field Sales app that account managers use daily. As a Customer Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for all our OOH customers and the link between customer, Customer Success, and Product. We consciously keep support human, and you will help think about how we can use AI to help customers faster and better. About Roamler Roamler maintains the richest database of European locations where you can buy food and drinks, fed by hundreds of sources such as review sites, checkout data, and wholesaler data. Through our SaaS platform, customers turn that data into leads, market insights, and smarter field sales. Our customers are (Field) Sales and Insights Managers at multinationals like Unilever, Red Bull, and FrieslandCampina, but also local top players like Mocca d’Or and Remia.

Requirements

  • You are strong in communication and find satisfaction in helping others. You enjoy collaborating for the best result.
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's work and/or thinking level.
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
  • You are eager to learn, take responsibility, and don't let go of a question until it's truly resolved.
  • You have experience with Customer Support & Ticketing (Hubspot, Zendesk, JIRA).
  • You have an affinity with software and apps.
  • You are curious about AI and open to new ways of working.
  • You work at least 3 days a week at the office and are available at least 32 hours per week.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing CRM applications and knowledge of SQL databases is a plus.
  • You enjoy collaborating for the best result.

Responsibilities

  • You answer customer questions via email, phone, and tickets, and ensure everything is resolved correctly and on time.
  • You create new user accounts and manage rights and licenses.
  • You set up and adjust customer environments in Salesmapp according to customer wishes, such as fields, forms, and settings.
  • You prepare lead lists and selections from our outlet database for customers' sales teams.
  • You are the central point of contact for customer wishes and ideas about our applications, and translate them into input for the product team.
  • You reproduce bugs and issues, document them clearly, and forward them to the developers and product owner.
  • You experiment with AI tools to make support more efficient, for example, in drafting responses, maintaining knowledge articles, or recognizing recurring questions.
