Allied Wire and Cable (AWC), a GCG Company, is seeking Customer Support Specialists to join their Customer Support team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, business-to-business environment where collaboration and communication are key to success, and who take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Customer Support Representative will work collaboratively with internal partners to provide best-in-class support for customers across the division. Responsibilities include onboarding new customers and managing day-to-day customer activities such as customer orders and post-sale transactions to ensure customer satisfaction. This role offers a hybrid work schedule after the initial training period, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week from home, working out of the Tempe, AZ office.
