About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to assist with escalation calls for a large internal client. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, SAP experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience handling escalation calls
  • SAP billing experience required
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong computer skills (Excel and Word)
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Respond to telephone, mail, or fax requests for new orders or service changes
  • Provide product, pricing, and delivery information to customers
  • Input and maintain customer order information, including purchase orders, sales orders, quotes, invoices, service orders, and work orders
  • Print reports and maintain accurate system records
  • Perform system inquiries regarding sales order and shipping status
  • Provide basic instruction regarding order and delivery status information
  • Generate sales order and shipping documents
  • Correct billing discrepancies and resolve terms and conditions issues with customers
