We’re looking for a fully bilingual Customer Support Specialist (English/Spanish) who is passionate about helping customers, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
Minimum of 3 years of customer service, customer support, or related experience.
Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound customer calls.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with solid computer proficiency and a customer-first attitude.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide professional customer support in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Answer questions regarding products, pricing, order status, and services.
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
