About The Position

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to support spare parts ordering, customer service, and after-sales operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer support experience, order processing knowledge, and the ability to work with technical drawings and blueprints.

Requirements

Customer service or customer support experience
Experience with order processing and quote preparation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, or technical documentation
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/order management systems preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Answer customer inquiries regarding spare parts and product support
Prepare and process spare parts quotations
Enter and manage customer spare parts orders
Place part orders with suppliers and track delivery timelines
Monitor order status and provide updates to customers
Generate customer invoices and maintain accurate records
Locate and identify spare parts using electrical and mechanical drawings
Track warranty items shipped to customers and monitor returns
Review service and trip reports from field engineers to identify parts requirements
Verify spare parts pricing and compare supplier quotes to system pricing
Support Purchasing and After-Sales teams with administrative tasks and documentation
