We are seeking a compassionate and professional Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team on either a Part-Time or Full-Time basis. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for enquiries, representing an organisation at the forefront of critical medical research. Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer support, client services, or a similar public-facing role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and articulate manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and the ability to manage sensitive conversations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a talent for de-escalating challenging situations.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support software.
• A highly organised individual with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Nice To Haves

• A genuine interest in the healthcare or bioscience sector is highly desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer enquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to callers while upholding the company's professional standards.
• Handle sensitive enquiries with empathy, discretion, and a high level of care.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation and response.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
• Stay informed about the company's public-facing information to ensure consistency in communications.
