About The Position

The role is responsible for receiving customer claims, conducting initial analysis, categorizing claims appropriately, and ensuring each claim is prepared for the next stage of processing. The specialist maintains ongoing follow‑up with customers and internal teams until final resolution and closure, often managing claims that remain open for extended periods.

Requirements

  • SAP experience
  • Ticketing / case management systems
  • Technical product or field service support experience
  • Logistics coordination and order processing
  • Adobe Sign experience
  • Vendor or third‑party coordination
  • Experience in large, matrixed organizations
  • Solar, energy, or battery systems exposure
