Peraton is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their team on the Department of State (DOS) Bureau of Diplomatic Technology (DT) Consular Affairs Enterprise Infrastructure Operations (CAEIO) program. The CAEIO program focuses on IT Operations and Maintenance to modernize networks, applications, and databases supporting consular services globally. The Customer Support Specialist will be part of the Service Desk team, which acts as the primary customer service point for the Consular Affairs IT infrastructure. The main objective of the Service Desk is to provide excellent and professional customer service and Tier I support to the internal user community. Team members collaborate with colleagues, DOS leadership, and stakeholders to monitor performance, oversee incident intake, and ensure timely escalation of incidents.
