About The Position

Reporting to: Sales Technology Leadership Team You will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our web-based Sales Portal, supporting external users. This position focuses on day-to-day monitoring, service requests, and incident resolution while supporting various operational areas across the company. The ideal candidate brings strong application knowledge, troubleshooting expertise, and process analysis capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of application support experience in a SaaS, user-software, or manufacturing environment
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of large-scale SaaS platforms
  • Experience with troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis
  • Working knowledge of:
  • Programming languages
  • Relational databases
  • SharePoint, Progress, and SQL
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • ITIL Certification
  • Knowledge of financial/accounting processes in manufacturing
  • Experience creating technical documentation and training materials

Responsibilities

  • Provide application support for the company’s Sales Portal and other applications, including:
  • Data maintenance
  • User account administration
  • Daily monitoring
  • Incident management
  • Request fulfillment
  • Root cause analysis
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards by:
  • Following policies and procedures
  • Performing periodic reporting
  • Conduct functional testing and maintain documentation to support new solution readiness
  • Support continuous improvement by:
  • Assisting developers and analysts with enhancements
  • Triaging tickets and collaborating with Product Leads and Customer Success teams
  • Maintain and update knowledge base articles and work instructions
  • Communicate effectively with supported business areas
