Requirements

2 years hands on experience in a call center environment or related work experience
Relationship management experience
Experience with Salesforce
Excellent written and verbal communication
Solution oriented attitude
Time management skills

Responsibilities

Manage customer service queue
Document activities performed on customers’ accounts using CARFAX’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
Consistently check and reply to customer email inquires
Solicit customer feedback
