Requirements

  • 2 years hands on experience in a call center environment or related work experience
  • Relationship management experience
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Solution oriented attitude
  • Time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service queue
  • Document activities performed on customers’ accounts using CARFAX’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
  • Consistently check and reply to customer email inquires
  • Solicit customer feedback
