About The Position

GHOST is disrupting the sports nutrition industry by creating a lifestyle movement that includes transparent innovative products, immersive content, global distribution, key influencer partnerships and collaborations with the world's leading flavor brands. We are always challenging ourselves to think outside the box and serve our fans and customers better, and we're excited to find a new fam member to bring processes and fresh ideas to the table. We’re adding a Customer Support Representative to our Chicago office who will help us take care of our most important asset—our customers—through various omnichannels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or two (2) years of related work experience.
  • Thrives in collaborative team environments, demonstrating strong skills in verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking.
  • Adapts in fast-changing environments and stays confident and focused.
  • Strong customer-first mindset. Always working toward the best solution for the customer.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep understanding of Sports Nutrition products is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and e-commerce platforms is a plus. I.e, Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers across multiple channels—chat, email, and phone—to address inquiries and solve customer issues.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of GHOST’s full product line to respond to customer questions effectively.
  • Deliver accurate information to ensure effective resolution of issues, while recognizing when to escalate concerns to a manager.
  • Document customer interactions, noting and analyzing new or recurring issues to enhance the overall customer experience and recommend actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Uphold the brand voice while maintaining an upbeat demeanor in all communications.
  • Assist with additional customer service tasks as needed to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI targets while maintaining a strong overall CSAT score.
