We’re hiring a Customer Support Rep to own inbound support and make sure the product is delivered well to users. This is not a passive support role. We want someone fast, sharp, calm under pressure, and great with people. Your job is to respond quickly, solve problems clearly, and make sure every customer gets the right outcome fast. You’ll handle inbound questions, quality issues, flagged shoots, human edit requests, and account-related problems. You’ll also be responsible for spotting when something is actually a bug, a churn risk, a sales opportunity, or an onboarding issue, and routing it correctly. We want someone who can think clearly, communicate well, and use judgment. You should be able to solve what can be solved, escalate what needs escalation, and always leave the customer feeling taken care of. You should also be constantly thinking about how support can be faster, smarter, and more scalable over time.
