About The Position

AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL PLAY A CRUCIAL ROLE IN PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE TO OUR DIVERSE CUSTOMER BASE. Requirements

  • AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN AN INBOUND CALL CENTER OR CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATED ROLE (PREFERRED).
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION ABILITIES AND EXCELLENT PHONE ETIQUETTE.
  • ABILITY TO ASSESS CUSTOMER NEEDS AND DELIVER EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS.
  • PROFICIENCY WITH DATA ENTRY; EXPERIENCE USING CRM SYSTEMS IS A PLUS.
  • EXCEPTIONAL ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.

Nice To Haves

  • BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH IS HIGHLY PREFERRED.

Responsibilities

  • RESPOND TO CUSTOMER QUESTIONS REGARDING EXTENDED WARRANTIES AND GAP COVERAGE WITH PROFESSIONALISM AND COURTESY.
  • ASSIST CONTRACT HOLDERS AND REPAIR FACILITIES WITH INQUIRIES RELATED TO CLAIMS PROCESSING AND PAYMENTS.
  • PROVIDE SUPPORT TO OTHER DEPARTMENTS WHEN NECESSARY.
  • INITIATE GAP CLAIMS AND ENSURE ACCURATE DOCUMENTATION.
  • PERFORM DATA ENTRY FOR NEW CONTRACTS.
  • SUPPORT VARIOUS FUNCTIONS WITHIN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
  • PARTICIPATE IN SPECIAL PROJECTS AS ASSIGNED.
  • CARRY OUT ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES ASSIGNED BY MANAGEMENT.
