In this role, you will handle customer service inquiries via telephone and/or email, resolve problems, and utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting. You will maintain quality service by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes. The successful candidate will leverage effective listening skills, attention to detail, strong intellectual curiosity, and a desire to make a difference to ensure each customer experience is exceptional. You will focus on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations, making it easy for customers to do business with DXC.
