About The Position

Customer Support Representative I HemaSource, Inc. | Hybrid (Tue–Thu onsite, Mon & Fri remote) Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift Pay: $20.00/hour starting pay with opportunities to grow your skills and increase earnings over time What You'll Do Support customers via phone, email, and chat Process orders, returns, and account updates with accuracy Help customers with shipping, delivery tracking, and issue resolution Partner with teams across Operations, Sales, and Purchasing Keep customer information organized and up to date Look for ways to improve processes and the overall customer experience What We're Looking For Experience in customer service, call center, or order entry (1–2+ years preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience is a plus What You'll Get $0 premium medical, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off + 401(k) with company match (up to 5%) Tuition reimbursement A team that supports your growth and development A Day in This Role You'll spend your day helping customers, processing orders, tracking shipments, and working closely with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly. Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, call center, or order entry (1–2+ years preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office
