About The Position

ModSquad is seeking skilled Customer Support professionals to join their team and work with top-tier global brands. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with flexible scheduling, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and guiding them on product or service usage. The company works with well-known, contemporary brands whose customers expect excellent service. Project hours are available now, with more on the horizon. This is a contract position with a commitment of 10 hours per week for 90 days, as needed. Orientation begins May 18, 2026.

Requirements
