About The Position

We are seeking a Japanese-speaking Customer Support Officer to assist clients with opening and maintaining trading accounts. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via multiple channels, handling welcome calls, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will provide information about our trading platforms and services, resolve back-office and account-related issues, and support clients with technical problems, including MetaTrader platform troubleshooting. Additionally, you will handle customer complaints professionally, liaise with internal departments, and escalate complex cases as needed. The position may also involve supporting marketing activities, such as campaign translations and event coordination, and educating clients on products and platform functionality. We encourage contributions to improve customer experience and support business growth.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Japanese (written and spoken)
  • Fluent English (minimum B2)
  • University or College degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms and computer applications
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Able to work full-time during Japan business hours
  • Experience working with CRM systems and customer support tools.
