About The Position

Select’s Customer Support Manager oversees the management of client accounts and develops policies and processes to ensure positive relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • 6 or more years of related working experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent working experience is required.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer/client orientation.
  • Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Meets regularly with assigned client accounts, by phone or in person.
  • Ensures that clients are consistently satisfied with the organization's product and services, and resolves escalated issues.
  • Evaluates the client's needs and proposes potential solutions.
  • Serves as a single point of contact for the client and may coordinate the work of client service teams.
  • Identifies and escalates cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
  • Provides client trainings or basic support.
