About The Position

We are looking for a Customer Support Intern to join our Support team and assist with day-to-day customer operations. This role is ideal for a student who is passionate about clean energy and wants hands-on experience in customer communications, problem-solving, and operations within a mission-driven technology company. You will work closely with our Support Coordinators and leadership team to ensure customers have a smooth and informed experience throughout their community solar journey.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or other related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
  • Interest in clean energy, climate technology, or mission-driven work

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with clarity, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Support customer enrollment and account troubleshooting
  • Maintain and update company records and internal documentation
  • Assist in the tracking of trends in customer questions and providing feedback to improve processes
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality support
  • Other administrative tasks as requested by management
