About The Position

You'll be primarily responsible for accurately processing and categorizing our customers' correspondence. You will be #LI-hybrid based in Hyderabad and reporting to Supervisor. Your keen eye for detail will help you identify and verify essential documents. As a team member, you'll adhere to our established procedures, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and policies.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a back-office role.
  • Completed graduation.
  • High level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Advanced organizational abilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency with computers and internet technologies.
  • Capacity to make quick, accurate decisions.
  • Exceptional short-term visual memory will be advantageous.
