Customer Support Engineering Intern
About The Position
KLA is seeking a talented and motivated individual for an internship position, working within the service group. The job function would be to understand data sets, data analytics to enhance decision making within the service aspect of the semiconductor equipment industry. Candidate will obtain experience with real data applications as they relate to equipment service management that help to drive decision making. Candidate will get exposure to: business data as it relates to the semiconductor capitol equipment industry and strong cross functional teams. Assisting in the implementation of AI in business data analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with junior status or above.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient level with Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau
- Understanding of AI implementation in business data analytics
- Must be self-driven, and a strong team player.
Nice To Haves
- Pursuing BS, MS degree in Computer Science.
- Experience with large data sets and data acquisition/mining.
- Experience with Power BI preferred or Tableau
- Familiarity with AI integrated data evaluation a plus
