Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? Pratt & Whitney, a recognized leading producer of the world’s most powerful jet engines, is looking for dedicated individuals to support our organization. This position is in Military Engines Customer Support Engineering for the F135 Engine that supports the F-35 aircraft. This position is within Pratt & Whitney’s military engine sustainment organization. The position will work with the F135 Source Data authoring team to manage creation of Source Data which updates F135 Joint Technical Data for Unit and Depot level maintenance.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Engineering or related majors
  • You are graduating between Fall 2025 – or later
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to support operations in a fast paced, dynamic, and results based production environment.
  • Strong Project Management, time management, teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0

Responsibilities

  • Review Joint Technical Data change requests
  • Perform Technical data review, interpretation, and Source Data authoring functions
  • Support for authoring of technical dispositions for jet engine hardware
  • Develop proficiency and expertise in Customer Support Engineering (CSE) processes
  • Work with Customer Support Engineers based at the various Depot sites to resolve technical data issues
  • English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English
