Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems
- Ability to work independently in a structured environment
- Dedicated, distraction-free home workspace
- Stable wired internet connection
- Windows 11 PC (Minimum 8GB RAM; 16GB recommended for optimal performance)
- USB headset (required before start date)
Responsibilities
- Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Delivering professional, solution-focused support
- Accurately documenting customer conversations and outcomes
- Meeting established attendance, quality, and performance standards
Benefits
