About The Position
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. The company has been serving working-class families since 1951 by providing life, accident, and supplemental health benefits. The role involves building long-term relationships with clients through virtual appointments, providing ongoing customer service, and assisting clients in understanding their financial protection options. Full training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided, and no prior experience is required. The company has experienced significant growth and is recognized as an essential business.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
- Strong communicators
- Comfortable using computers and virtual platforms
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Outgoing, positive, and energetic
- Organized with effective time management skills
- Interested in growth and leadership opportunities

- Build Long-Term Client Relationships
