About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will contribute to the development of effective customer service solutions and work to maintain and improve response times.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in customer support and data entry.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage processes and follow established procedures.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to evolving technology platforms.

  • Prior call-center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and promptly respond to customer inquiries.
  • Log into and actively manage email, phone, and chat support systems daily.
  • Maintain and improve response times, particularly at the opening and closing of the business day.
  • Accurately document customer issues and resolutions.
  • Develop and implement effective customer service solutions.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Identify and escalate potential website or system errors.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up when necessary.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and effective time management.
