About The Position

As a CSA, you’ll play a vital role in the daily operations of our agency. This is an entry-level opportunity into the insurance industry with hands-on training, mentorship, and company-paid licensing. You’ll be trained by experienced Account Managers and leadership as you gain exposure to both Commercial and Personal Lines support.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); strong typing and general computer skills
  • Ability to self-manage workload and prioritize effectively
  • Office or administrative experience preferred but not required
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client needs
  • Post payments and manage daily incoming/outgoing mail and scanning
  • Support Account Managers with special projects and client development tasks
  • Assist in maintaining organized digital workflows and office records
  • Obtain your Oregon Property & Casualty Insurance License (we pay for training & testing)
  • Once licensed, assist with more advanced client service activities across Commercial and Personal Lines
  • Fulfill other administrative and support duties as assigned
