About The Position

We are seeking a reliable Customer Support Agent to join our fast-growing ecommerce brand in the health and supplements space. You will manage customer inquiries, improve support efficiency, and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2–7 years of customer support experience
  • Experience with health, wellness, or supplement brands
  • Proficiency in Gorgias, Shopify, and ReCharge
  • Strong written English communication
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage a dedicated support schedule

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting ecommerce or DTC brands
  • Exposure to customer experience optimization or retention initiatives
  • Experience working with remote or international teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer support tickets via email and live chat (Gorgias)
  • Respond to inquiries regarding orders, subscriptions, payments, and shipping
  • Support Shopify and ReCharge users, including subscription updates and billing
  • Escalate complex or sensitive health-related questions when necessary
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on support performance and trends
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
