Requirements

• Customer support experience (online gambling, or social casino)
• Communicate with clarity, empathy, and natural problem-solving instincts
• Enjoy multitasking across systems while maintaining attention to detail
• Embrace flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
• Work independently while being a collaborative team player
• Stay resilient and patient when helping frustrated customers
• Own office setup with a self-provided laptop or PC, headset, and a reliable internet connection
• PC: Intel i5 4th Gen (or higher) – self-provided, OS Version: Windows 10 or higher , RAM: Minimum 8 GB, HDD Space: Minimum 1 GB available
• Internet: Ethernet/hardline connection with a minimum 10Mbps upload & download speed, backup internet provider for reliability
• Requirement to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

• Resolve account, purchase, and technical issues while creating positive experiences
