About The Position

Amerlux, a leader in architectural lighting, designs and manufacturing of innovative interior and exterior lighting solutions for commercial, retail and supermarket sectors is looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join our team in our Oakland NJ facility. This position is a temporary full-time role, that could lead to a permanent position. This position requires being on-site five days per week. As the Customer Support Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting our Customer Support Department in an administrative role.

Requirements

  • Prior administrative support in sales or customer service environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical acumen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP and managing order information.
  • Must be able to juggle multiple priorities and reach quickly to business needs in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Complying daily, weekly and monthly reports as required for the customer support and other departments within the organization.
  • Gathering data, analyzing information and presenting information to the VP of Customer Support and Sales team.
  • Maintaining and updating documents in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Maintaining daily metric.
  • Assisting with other duties as needed.
