About The Position

The Customer Supply Chain Analyst leads assigned customer supply chain strategy development and execution through direct interaction with customer supply chain business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with customer supply chain strategy development and execution through direct interaction with customer supply chain business partners, managing responsibility for smaller customers.
  • Collaborates and partners with internal cross functional teams to identify customer-facing supply chain efficiency opportunities and drive proactive organizational solutions, assisting with claims team Smartsheet identifying validity of deductions for designated customers.
  • Leads customer scorecard development – tracking and data collection for assigned customers. Builds both internal scorecards and manages customer-delivered scorecards. Responsible for developing insights and action plans from analysis and leads organization alignment and communication of learning with customers, collaborating to drive overall scorecard rating improvements.
  • Develop reporting and scorecarding through data received via customer supply chain portals, assisting team with information supporting progress in customer deliveries and reduction of fees/fines 5 – Assists with customer allocation tool, designated as back-up to manage tool when needed
