About The Position

This position will support a territory covering Hanover Park, IL, Itasca, IL, Bloomingdale, IL, and Roselle, IL, within the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. The Customer Success Job Family focuses on cultivating strong client relationships, driving retention, and identifying upsell opportunities by ensuring satisfaction, promoting service adoption, and supporting business goals. The Customer Success Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, resolving issues, and identifying growth opportunities through strategic engagement, performance monitoring, and data-driven insights. This role also manages a high volume of accounts, contributing to scalable retention and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer relationship management capabilities, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze customer trends and metrics to identify growth opportunities and drive customer success through data-informed recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proactive customer relationship management
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Account management and trend/data analysis skills, including the ability to analyze customer metrics in DRIVE, identify opportunities for growth through upselling/cross-selling, and drive customer success through data-informed recommendations
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
