About The Position

North Coast is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to help customers get value from their Rockwell Automation services contracts. The role provides customers with data and insights to help them understand and use their contracts effectively, and supports contract renewals and expansion. Most interactions are with existing customers, so cold calling is minimized. Extensive training and job shadowing are provided. The position is based in-office at a service center in the Puget Sound Area, Washington; the I-5 Corridor in Oregon; or Anchorage, Alaska.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and enjoyment of interacting with people.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in-office at a service center in the Puget Sound Area, Washington; the I-5 Corridor in Oregon; or Anchorage, Alaska.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

• Previous experience in technical sales support or a related field.
