About The Position

The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues. This role involves maintaining customer records, coordinating information between departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Microsoft Office, Outlook or other email platform
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team oriented with customer first mindset

  • Prior b2b customer service experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries, via phone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders, quotes, returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations team to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain customer records and order documentation in CRM/ERP system.
  • Assist customers with all specs of a customer's order-approval prints, order status, shipment details, and establishing creditworthiness.
  • Communicate with internal representatives to follow-up on quotations.
  • Coordinate information between the customer, engineering department, and production department.
  • Request changes to the Quality System in order to facilitate improvement or to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Release work orders as required to the manufacturing team as required to fulfill customer requirements.
