Acting as a trusted advisor and digital coach, this specialist guides operators, trainers, and business owners through every stage of their digital journey—from onboarding and ecosystem integration to performance optimization and long-term engagement. By merging insight, empathy, and innovation, they ensure every partner not only uses Technogym technology but thrives through it. This role reports to the Business Consulting and Customer Success Manager and works on-site at our Jersey City offices.
