About The Position

The Digital Customer Success Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring every Technogym partner extracts maximum value from the company’s connected ecosystem. Acting as a trusted advisor and digital coach, this specialist guides operators, trainers, and business owners through every stage of their digital journey—from onboarding and ecosystem integration to performance optimization and long-term engagement. By merging insight, empathy, and innovation, they ensure every partner not only uses Technogym technology but thrives through it. Rooted in Technogym’s purpose of promoting wellness as a lifestyle, this role translates technology into meaningful outcomes: improved member retention, enhanced user experience, and measurable business growth. This role reports to the Business Consulting and Customer Success Manager and works on-site at our Jersey City offices.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the fitness and wellness industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities with a consultative, customer-first mindset.
  • Analytical acumen with the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
  • Passion for wellness innovation and technology adoption.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital sales/customer success
  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts and driving measurable customer outcomes
  • Prior experience ideating and implementing strategic plans that drive adoption, retention, and growth
  • Proven track record of improving operational processes
  • Strong knowledge of digital products and market trends.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market analysis and benchmarking.
  • Demonstrated project management and goal orientation abilities.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adhere to in-office requriments and work on-site 5 days a week at the Jersey City Offices

  • Experience of, or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent account management/solution selling/strategic thinking/relationship skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative leadership by advising clients on implementation strategies based on real-world operational experience in the fitness industry, ensuring successful adoption and performance across multiple digital platforms within the Technogym ecosystem.
  • Lead the configuration and deployment of MyWellness CRM, Technogym CheckUp, Biocircuit, and related digital platforms.
  • Customize digital pathways based on the facility’s objectives, membership structure, and staff capabilities.
  • Train teams to effectively manage user data, programs, and digital touchpoints.
  • Monitor usage analytics and identify opportunities to increase engagement across members and staff.
  • Collaborate with coaches and managers to launch digital challenges, content campaigns, and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless alignment between hardware, software, and operational workflows.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews showcasing KPIs, trends, and digital return on investment.
  • Serve as the central liaison between clients and Technogym departments, ensuring quick resolution and proactive support.
  • Translate client insights into actionable feedback that informs future product development.
  • Deliver workshops, webinars, and on-site training to drive continuous digital excellence.
  • Share industry insights and best practices that help operators lead the wellness evolution within their communities.
  • Support license renewals and digital upgrades by demonstrating tangible success metrics.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities that elevate client performance within the Technogym ecosystem.

Benefits

  • Base Salary 85,000 - 90,000 commensurate with experience
