About The Position

Klesk is looking for a Customer Success Representative to provide day-to-day administrative and customer support and help ensure customer orders, requests, and information are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with computers and data. You’ll monitor customer portals and shared inboxes, enter and maintain orders, provide order-status updates, respond to routine customer questions, and work closely with internal teams to make sure customers receive accurate information and timely support. If you enjoy staying organized, solving problems, following tasks through to completion, and working as part of a collaborative team, this could be a great fit!

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to enter and review data efficiently
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other computer systems
  • Willingness to learn manufacturing terminology, customer requirements, and internal processes
  • Ability to ask questions, accept feedback, and escalate issues appropriately
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, order entry, administrative support, or data entry
  • Manufacturing or business-to-business experience
  • Experience with an ERP system, customer portal, CRM, or order-management system
  • Familiarity with purchase orders, part numbers, order acknowledgments, or shipping documentation

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter customer purchase orders into the ERP system
  • Review orders for part numbers, quantities, pricing, requested dates, shipping instructions, and revision levels
  • Update customer orders when approved changes are received
  • Maintain accurate customer, order, and part information
  • Complete routine data-entry and record-maintenance tasks
  • Identify missing or conflicting information and obtain clarification
  • Maintain organized electronic records of customer orders and communications
  • Monitor assigned customer portals, shared inboxes, and communication channels throughout the day
  • Review and process new purchase orders, order changes, customer requests, and notifications
  • Download and properly store customer documents and information
  • Complete routine portal acknowledgments and updates
  • Escalate urgent requests, technical questions, pricing discrepancies, quality concerns, and other non-routine issues
  • Respond professionally and promptly to routine customer questions and requests
  • Provide order acknowledgments, shipment information, and order-status updates
  • Research order status using company systems and internal resources
  • Coordinate with internal departments to obtain accurate information
  • Maintain clear records of customer communication and follow-up commitments
  • Follow open requests through completion
  • Escalate complex, sensitive, or unresolved concerns when needed
  • Work closely with Production Planning, Shipping, Quality, Estimating, Purchasing, and Customer Success teams
  • Gather accurate information, communicate customer requests, support order administration, maintain documentation, and assist with customer and new-part onboarding activities.
