About The Position

We're building the world's first viral agent, an AI purpose-built for influencer marketing. This is not a tool or a platform, but an autonomous agent that goes from 'I need this campaign to break' to '50 influencers live next week' with minimal human intervention. We have 3 years of proprietary data on what makes influencer content go viral, and major entertainment companies like Warner, Sony, and Universal trust us to break their biggest artists. We are backed by prominent figures like Sofia Vergara and Tier 1 VCs such as Point72 Ventures. We are shipping production AI that drives millions in revenue today. Our competitive advantage lies in possessing both proprietary data on viral content and direct relationships with influencers, creating a strong market moat. In the current AI era, we have a 12 to 18-month window before the market becomes saturated with agents, and we are actively building the category-defining social media viral agents.

Requirements

  • 2+ years managing influencer or creator campaigns end to end, in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role for a digital product (SaaS/CMS).
  • Experience managing digital accounts end to end: onboarding, adoption, renewals, and churn reduction.
  • Comfort guiding clients through digital signature and contracting workflows (e.g., DocuSign or similar) as part of onboarding.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and the ability to explain product functionality to non-technical users.
  • Experience shifting clients from a "we'll handle it" service mindset to a self-serve product mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable owning renewal and expansion conversations.
  • Sells product, not favors, thinks in terms of adoption, retention, and expansion, not one-off delivery.
  • Comfortable being the primary point of contact for a growing book of accounts.
  • Thrives in an early-stage environment where the product and process are still being defined.
  • Sees documentation, onboarding flows, and playbooks as things to build, not things to wait for.
  • Communicates clearly across product, sales, and clients.
  • Moves fast, follows up faster, and treats every renewal as something earned.

  • Guide clients through digital account setup, e-signature and contracting flows, and day-to-day use of Pulse.
  • Onboarding, adoption, renewals, and churn reduction for digital accounts.
  • Guiding clients through digital signature and contracting workflows (e.g., DocuSign or similar) as part of onboarding.
  • Explaining product functionality to non-technical users.
  • Shifting clients from a "we'll handle it" service mindset to a self-serve product mindset.
  • Owning renewal and expansion conversations.
  • Being the primary point of contact for a growing book of accounts.
  • Communicating clearly across product, sales, and clients.
  • Treating every renewal as something earned.
